What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

Most days start with messages, project updates, and a quick check on what needs attention first. From there, I’m working with the development team, shaping product direction, solving problems, and helping turn ideas into something real and usable for our clients. My role sits at the intersection of product, development, and strategy, so I spend a lot of time connecting moving pieces, keeping priorities on track, and making sure progress keeps rolling. Somewhere in the middle of all that, I usually try to eat lunch before the next meeting takes over.

3 Awesome Facts about you:

I played four years of Division II football, followed by two years of rugby.

I coached the Sparkling Tigers soccer and futsal teams, and honestly, those kids went through more player development than most local academy teams.

For a period of time, I was secretly one of the most hated people in the country by concertgoers — for reasons that sound worse without context.

What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

If there were such a thing as a “typical day” for me at Playbook365, it would include a full slate of meetings mixed with a steady stream of side texts, calls, Teams chats, and the occasional curveball that pops up throughout the day. Some days are all about tackling challenges—rolling up the sleeves, getting creative, and solving problems. Other days are the fun ones, when we’re celebrating wins with teammates or clients who are growing their events and businesses on the Playbook365 platform.

One constant in my “typical” day is how it starts and ends. Mornings usually begin early with a quick run to clear my head and break a sweat, followed by time with my family as we get everyone ready for the day ahead. And no matter how busy the day gets, it almost always wraps up the same way—back home with family, around the dinner table or hanging out together, closing out the day and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow.

What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

First I'll check my Teams messages to see what new thing Billy created, an industry update from Nelson, or a celebratory post from Michelle or Renee that they brought a new client into the Playbook365 family. Then I'll log in to Monday.com and check all the projects, due dates and updates... stress for a second, then settle as that second cup of coffee hits, and I remind myself that 'I can do this'. When my brain is fully functioning, I'll hop on a call or two with teammates to figure out what they have on their plates and how the marketing/creative team can support it. I'll then hop off that call... go down a super creative, loopy rabbit hole on said project(s), and then come back to reality with a great plan that everyone can build on to make sure we show up at 110% when it's time. By the end of the day, I've added two new to-do items to the list and knocked out 4... made a few teammates laugh, and forgot to eat lunch. I had at least one of my children disrupt a ZOOM, and reminded someone "that could have been a Monday.com update"... all while being wickedly impressed of what the team accomplished that day.

3 Awesome Facts about you:

I am a super proud mom of two (Theo, 9 & Margaux, 6), alongside my teammate and husband, Brandon.

I live in Louisville, KY - where I find any excuse to take friends and visiting colleagues to distillery tours or horse races

I absolutely love fresh flowers (growing, getting, giving) and gardening - it's my happy place!

What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

Most days are a mix of conversations, demos, and connecting dots across the youth sports world. I spend a lot of time talking with event operators, clubs, and facilities around the country to understand how they run their businesses and where Playbook365 can help make things easier. On a typical non-travel day I’m working through 70+ emails, knocking out a handful of tasks, logging notes from calls with partners, and helping move deals forward. In between all of that I’m often helping partners think through registration strategy, connecting people in the industry who should probably know each other, or building spreadsheets that somehow get way more complicated than they probably needed to be.

3 Awesome Facts about you:

By the time I graduated from college, I had lived in 23 different “homes.”

In my final professional baseball game in 2007, I played all 9 positions.

I’ve spent nearly 20 years in travel baseball as a coach, event organizer, and operator, so I’ve seen the youth sports world from just about every angle.

Great question as I am still waiting for a "typical day" lol! Checking email, connecting with prospects who have expressed interest in PB365 or need to😉, wondering why I have 124 browser tabs open.  Organizing, updating and improving all things CRM throughout the day, working with our NSM's on lead generation and assisting with prospect demos, working with our TAM's on better processes/workflows, still wondering why I now have 133 browser tabs open. But tomorrow might be different......I love startups!

A typical day involves helping Playbook customers succeed with the platform — troubleshooting issues, onboarding new event operators, building or updating websites, and answering questions. My goal every day is simple: make the software easier for our customers to use.

I typically start my day by checking emails and catching up on any client chats that came in overnight. In between those responsibilities, I spend time working on improvements to our facility management product. What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

The typical day for me looks something along these lines. When I first come into work typically I check my email and look at any client chats that may have come in over night. Once I have answered those I move in to testing tickets that the dev team may have been working on. Most days there are a couple of meetings on my calendar which can vary from client calls, to product meetings, or team meetings.

What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

My day starts early with a quick check of email, my calendar, Teams and LinkedIn - handle anything immediate, then I head out for a morning walk — ideally with sunlight. When the weather cooperates, that’s followed by coffee outside before getting Henry off to school.

From there, I move fully into work mode — fueled by coffee and focused on advancing new projects, partnerships, contract follow ups, and prep for meetings or demos. I spend a good portion of my day in meetings, but I’m intentional about how I show up. One of the things I love most is earning that YES from a new Staybook client — not just for the win, but because it represents real trust in us as part of their growth and future.

I’m constantly thinking about what could be better — what processes can be tightened and what friction we can remove — and I try to show up with more than an idea, bringing context, reasoning, and a clear solution. A lot of that synthesis happens in Copilot or ChatGPT.

And yes — body squats every hour on the hour are non-negotiable. Between meetings I help with puppy duty until my daughter gets home, and I usually end the day with a lift, dinner, and an evening walk.

3 Awesome Facts about you:

I’ve moved coast to coast four separate times—from Florida to Arizona to New York City to California to Maryland—and history suggests it will not be my last.

At my first job out of college, I once ate a slice of a $20,000 wedding cake - which would cost about $37,000 today!

I didn’t get on my first flight until I was 21—and a year later, I jumped out of a plane just because it was a Tuesday.

What a ‘typical day at Playbook365 looks like for you:

My day typically starts by catching up on emails and any messages that came in overnight. I work closely with our development team and a few of them are overseas and start the day very early. My role is really split between Account Management and technology, with an emphasis on Account Management. I met almost daily with our developers for updates on modernizations and any bugs/issues we are working through. This process is always evolving so there is always a lot to talk about. I meet with clients throughout the week to see how things are going for them. I check in on bugs that have been reported and talk about how the Staybook platform could better support their needs. In a Senior Account Manager role, I meet with our Account Management team daily to check in on tickets and any pressing and/or outstanding issues that have come up. Somewhere in there I try to step away to cram food in before my next meeting.

A typical day for me starts with logging in and checking my email to see if any clients have reached out with questions or issues that I can address right away. From there, I jump into our HubSpot ticket queue to review new requests and help resolve anything that’s come in so our clients continue to have a great experience using the platform. I also spend time on regular calls with clients to make sure their needs are being met and to better understand how we can continue improving the platform to serve them more effectively. Staybook Team

Because, we are coaches, parents of athletes, club owners, housing coordinators, tournament operators and former athletes, ourselves.

...And we know, first-hand, just how impactful the right tools and technology can be .

At Playbook365, we believe running sports events shouldn’t be harder than playing the game. Too many tournament organizers, facility owners, and housing partners are forced to manage complex events with disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and manual processes that slow them down and limit their growth. We built Playbook365 to give the people behind the events a platform designed specifically for their world—bringing registration, scheduling, housing, payments, and reporting together so everything works the way it should.

Our mission is simple: help event operators run better events with less administrative chaos. When organizers have the right tools, they save time, operate more efficiently, and unlock new revenue opportunities. More importantly, they can focus on what truly matters—creating great experiences for teams, coaches, athletes, and families, and helping the sports communities they serve continue to grow.
